Delhi government has declared coronavirus an epidemic. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that all cinema halls, schools and colleges in the city will be shut until March 31 in the wake of the deadly virus. “However, exams will continue to be conducted as scheduled,” he added.
