Kejriwal seeks timelines from Punjab, Haryana to stop stubble burning

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has demanded specific timelines from the Haryana and Punjab governments to put a stop on stubble burning. He blamed the neighboring states and the Central government for the rising pollution levels in the national capital. In a press conference, the Delhi CM also announced staggered office timings for 21 government departments till Nov 15. He added that the odd-even road rationing scheme will be effective from Nov 4 to 15 in the national capital.
