Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia have been booked for conspiring to assault Delhi chief secretary Anshu Prakash earlier this year. While Delhi police booked Kejriwal and Sisodia for criminal conspiracy, eleven other Aam Adami Party (AAP) MLAs have been charged with assault. Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash claimed he was manhandled by AAP MLAs at chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence in February. Kejriwal had been earlier questioned by the cops in connection with the alleged assault case.
