Heavy rainfall triggers flash floods in Kullu, IAF chopper rescue people

An Indian Air Force chopper rescued 19 people stranded due to flash floods from flood-hit Dobhi-Fojal area in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu. Incessant rains caused flash floods in Kullu and Manali. Himachal Pradesh is dealing with flood like situation as well as land and mud slides in many parts of the state. Many districts of the state are witnessing continuous rains. Heavy rainfall has swollen up water level in Kullu's Beas River. The continuous rainfall has resulted in merging drainage and river water in the district.
