Explained: Behind China’s LAC dares, a nefarious plot to destabilize India

China continues to dare the Indian Army at the LAC in Ladakh. The Chinese Army's provocations come even as the two sides are engaging at multiple levels to lower tensions in the area and disengage. China has also accused the Indian Army of violating the consensus reached during meetings and said that they fired at a Chinese patrol team. While India rejected Beijing's claims it maintained that the India Army would take necessary steps to protect the country's borders. Amid this blame-game, a close look at what transpired over the last few weeks makes it evident that behind China's aggressive actions at the LAC is a nefarious design to destabilize India. While in the short term, China seems to be miffed with India using the Special Frontier Force, comprising mostly of Tibetan soldiers at the LAC.
