‘Money for Nyay scheme will not come from middle class’: Rahul Gandhi

Congress president Rahul Gandhi explained the “Nyay Scheme” at an event in Pune, Maharashtra. Rahul explained that money for Nyay scheme will not come from increasing the tax burden of middle class. “I will ensure the Rs 72,000 payout for the poorest of the poor,” Rahul added while explaining the working of scheme.
