Updated on Feb 20, 2017 04:38 pm IST
Ahead of the fourth phase of assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally in Jalaun district's Orai on Monday. Modi criticised Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati for taking a united stance with rival Samajwadi Party against demonetisation. He added that the BSP was not Bahujan Samaj Party anymore, but had become 'Behenji Sampatti Party'. He also attacked the SP and Congress for criticising the demonestisation decision. He said the main concern of the parties in Uttar Pradesh was not note ban but that they did not get enough time to stash away the ill-gotten wealth.
