‘Normal process’: Rajnath Singh on MHA notice over Rahul Gandhi citizenship row
Updated on Apr 30, 2019 11:35 pm IST
Speaking Ministry of Home Affair (MHA) notice to Congress president Rahul Gandhi over his over citizenship row, Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said that it is a normal process and this is not a big development. MHA has issued notice to the Gandhi scion over his alleged British citizenship issue. Bharatiya Janata Party MP Subramanian Swamy earlier filed a complaint alleging Rahul Gandhi is a British citizen. Congress, meanwhile, claimed that the notice is BJP's political move to divert attention from key issues.
