Delhi’s Odd-Even Rule | Two-wheelers, vehicles with school children exempted

While addressing the media during a press conference at Delhi Secretariat, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal informed that odd-even scheme will be implemented from Nov 4-15 in New Delhi. The scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm, except on Sundays. He said vehicles carrying school children & two-wheelers will be exempted from the odd-even rule. The rule won't apply to the President, Vice President, CJI, Speaker of Lok Sabha and a few others. Persons with disabilities will also be exempted from the rule. Violating the odd-even scheme will incur a fine of Rs 4000.
