In other news, two terrorists and one associate killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. The incident was reported from Pulwama's Awantipora area. Meanwhile, Sanjay Kothari was appointed as the new Central Vigilance Commissioner. Kothari was the Secretary to the President and is a 1978-batch IAS officer. A special court in Mumbai rejected activist Anand Teltumbde's interim plea and sent him to judicial custody.
