Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has said that the compulsory corporate social responsibility an accident and even added that the finance ministry may correct it in the upcoming days. He said that corporates in India do not need to forced into fulfilling their social responsibilities as it comes very intrinsically and naturally. Remember, the government had earlier amended the companies act to and included penal provisions if corporates failed to abide by the changes.
