Pulwama attack: Govt vows swift response

The government vowed swift response to Pulwama terror attack. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said, “A strong reply will be given and I assure the people of the country this. The country pays tribute to the brave jawans who were martyred.” MoS, PMO Jitendra Singh also responded to the attack saying it was a 'dastardly act done out of desperation'. More than 40 CRPF soldiers have reportedly lost their lives in the deadly IED attack. Terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) has claimed responsibility for the attack.
