Rabri Devi’s Bungalow Security Withdrawn by Bihar Government
Updated on Apr 11, 2018 07:30 pm IST
Rabri Devi's bungalow security has been withdrawn following an order by Bihar government. The move has led to a confrontation between Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Nitish Kumar-led NDA government. In protest, Rabri Devi and her son, Tejashwi Yadav, the former deputy CM of Bihar, have surrendered the entire family's security guards. Rabri Devi has said that it will be the home minister's (Nitish Kumar) responsibility if anything happens to her or her family. Tejashwi Yadav has also been given a notice to vacate a bungalow. Yadav has called these moves a political vendetta.
