Rajnath Singh jabs Imran Khan; tells Pak not to repeat ‘1965, 1971 errors’
Updated on Mar 03, 2020 04:28 pm IST
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh took a jibe at Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan. Singh was speaking at a 'jan jagran sabha' or public awareness meeting, organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party. The minister also asked Pakistan not to repeat the 'mistakes of 1965 and 1971'. He also said that no power could prevent Pakistan's disintegration if it continued to violate the rights of Balochis and Pashtuns. The statements come in the backdrop of Islamabad's infructuous attempts to internationalise the issue of Jammu and Kashmir following the abrogation of its special status.
