Remembering Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar. A rare technocrat politician, Parrikar lost his battle with cancer on Sunday. Hindustan Times' editors look back at Manohar Parrikar's achievements as Goa chief minister and former Union Defence Minister. Parrikar was widely considered as the tallest BJP leader from Goa.
