Shehla Rashid in the dock over tweets alleging Army excesses in Kashmir

There is legal trouble for former JNU student leader Shehla Rashid over her tweets alleging army excesses in the valley. A Supreme Court lawyer filed a criminal complaint against the student leader and sought her arrest for allegedly spreading fake news against Indian Army and the government. The complaint copy stated that Rashid is deliberately and intentionally spreading fake news with the intention to incite violence in Kashmir and in other parts of the country.
