SIT should probe who brought cattle carcass to slaughterhouse: Azam Khan

Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Azam Khan on the death of Bulandshahr's police inspector Subodh Kumar said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) which is probing the matter should also probe as to who brought cattle carcass to slaughterhouse. Additional District General (ADG) Meerut (Zone) Prashant Kumar told the media that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate the matter. Inspector Subodh Kumar Singh and a 21-year-old villager were killed as a mob went on the rampage against alleged illegal cow slaughter in Bulandshahr district of western Uttar Pradesh.
