‘Strong resentment’ among several judges on SC collegium’s decision: Bar council Chairman

After sitting and former Supreme Court judges expressed apprehension of the top court's decision to elevate two judges of Delhi High Court, superseding seniority; Bar Council Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra took cognizance of the matter and said there is “strong resentment” among several judges about this.
