Thick blanket of smog envelops Delhi-NCR, air quality dips to ‘severe’

Delhi's air quality has taken a hit, dipping to 'severe' category. Environment Pollution (Prevention & Control) Authority has declared a public health emergency. Delhi government has implemented odd-even policy from November 4 to 15.
