‘Indians’ data belongs to...’: Union minister’s message amid Twitter hack row

Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad commented on user data ownership. The Information Technology minister said Indians' data belongs to Indians. Prasad's comments came amid a fierce controversy over Twitter hackings. Twitter accounts of many celebrities were hijacked recently.
