The mortal remains of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa were taken from her residence Poes Garden to Rajaji Hall in Chennai. Jayalalithaa passed away at 11.30 p.m. on Monday at the Apollo Hospitals in Chennai. She was 68. Jayalalithaa's body will be kept at Rajaji Hall for people to pay last respects.
