An upscale eatery in Kolkata named 'Mocambo' has suddenly hogged the limelight for all the wrong reasons. This Kolkata restaurant started trending on social media platforms after a lady expressed her anguish over how she and her driver were denied permission to have a dinner because the latter was dressed untidily. Refuting allegations, Mocambo Manager Ashish Malik said they never discriminated against anyone ever but the person (driver) was shabbily dressed and dirty. He further added that Mocambo is not racist but if a person is unclean then they had to draw the line somewhere.
