Snowfall cripples normal lives in Manali

Snowfall in hill station Manali and its upper reaches have thrown normal life completely out of gear as traffic, telecommunication links and supply of power and water remained disrupted. Essential commodities like milk and vegetables are also not reaching as heavy snow has uprooted trees, snapped overhead power transmission lines and disrupted telecommunication services.
