Students in Madhya Pradesh's Damoh face hardship on a daily basis as they have to cross a river on foot to reach school. An under construction bridge on the way is not proved to be useful for children. The poor connectivity has added woes in children's life to get their share of education. In times of rains, students face more difficulties. One of the students said, “During heavy rains, students even slip while crossing the rivers. So we request that the bridge here should be constructed. Sometimes we are not able to attend school and our studies suffer.”
