10 days police custody for suspected ISI agent

A Tripura court on Monday sent a suspected Pakistani agent Manir Khan and six others, arrested for illegally entering India from Bangladesh, to 10 days police custody. 36-year old Manir and others were arrested on the outskirts of Agartala on Saturday. The accused have been charged with waging war against Indian government, violation of the Passports Act, collection of arms, conspiracy, cheating and violation of the Foreigners Act.
