10 percent higher toll rate for three axel vehicles

After All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMTC), Transporters Union ended their strike on Saturday, Minister of Road Transport and Highways Kamal Nath said that that the new technology of three axel vehicles, which is being used widely, will have approximately 10 percent higher toll charges as compared to two axel vehicles. He further said that the toll charges levied on the movements of the trucks within the district will be reduced by 50 percent.
