1984 Sikh Riots: HC accepts Sajjan Kumar’s plea

The Delhi High Court today granted permission to former Congress Leader, Sajjan Kumar, accused in the 1984 Sikh riots case, to confront complainants who had endorsed affidavits before the G T Nanavati and Ranganath Mishra Commissions of Inquiry. Earlier on June 2nd, a lower court in New Delhi had dismissed Kumar's plea.
