2G case: A Raja moves court seeking bail

Former telecom minister A Raja who is the key accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam has moved court seeking bail on the grounds of parity with former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura. Early Wednesday afternoon, the Supreme Court granted bail to Behura. The bail was granted against a surety payment of Rs 5 lakh and Rs 10 lakh bail bond. Behura who is in jail since February last year was the telecom secretary during A Raja's tenure as telecom minister.
