2G: Court dismisses Swamy plea

In a big relief to the scam hit UPA government, the Patiala house court today dismissed the plea of Janata Party president and 2G scam petitioner Subramanian Swamy to make home minister P Chidambaram a co-accused in the case. Expressing shock over the trial court's verdict, Swamy said he will now move the high court against the order.
