2G: JPC's clean chit to PM, Chidambaram; holds Raja guilty

The Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on the 2G spectrum scam has given a clean chit to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and finance minister P Chidambaram in the spectrum allocation case. The JPC's draft report claims that neither the PM nor the finance minister were aware of the then telecom minister A Raja's dubious decisions.
