Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Tuesday demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home (Interior) Minister P. Chidambaram over the recent accusations of them being involved in the telecom scam. NDA leaders yesterday met at the residence of BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani in New Delhi over the issue. Yadav also said the Prime Minister cannot remain silent on this issue anymore and he has to give answers, as he is now a direct accused in the scam.
