2G scam: Swamy seeks to be public prosecutor

Telecom scam petitioner and president of Janata Party Subramanian Swamy said on Saturday he would like to be a public prosecutor or an adviser to the CBI during the special court session. During a press meet in Chennai, Swamy quoting Section-5 of the Prevention Corruption ACT said being a complainant he has the right to prosecute. Normally under criminal procedure court only government lawyers can be made public prosecutors.
