60% power supply restored: Sushil Kumar Shinde

A massive power grid failure in Delhi and much of northern India left more than 300 million people without electricity today, in one of the worst blackouts to hit the country in more than a decade. However, Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said that 60% power supply has been restored and situation will be back to normal soon. He also said that 3 member enquiry committee has been set up for investigation.
