The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday released a 70-point manifesto promising all-round development of the Capital by focusing on women's safety, full statehood, reduction of electricity tariff and clean drinking water in the city. Releasing the manifesto just a week head of the February 7 polls in the Capital, party chief Arvind Kejriwal said it was a holy document for them akin to "the Geeta, Bible, Quran, and the Guru Granth Sahib". The party said it will form a government that is transparent, participative and interactive in order to deliver the 70-point action plan.
