Additional central forces deployed for Maoists hunt in Bihar

The central government has deployed additional security forces and also one more helicopter of Indian Air Force onFriday to assist the Bihar police in the ongoing operation to secure the release of three abducted police personnel by Maoists. Earlier on Friday, the Bihar Government ought 40 companies of central paramilitary forces to overcome the ongoing crisis.The demand was made after an emergency meeting convened by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar which was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi,the Chief Secretary,the Home Secretary,the Director General of Police and senior police officers of Bihar.Meanwhile, in Patna,the brother and all relations of kidnapped Havildar Ehtesham Khan of Bihar Military Police prayed for his safe return.
