Afzal Guru's family wants to perform his last rites

The family members of 2001 Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, who was hanged and buried at the Tihar Jail in New Delhi on Saturday morning, has requested the authorities that they should be allowed to perform his last rites in accordance with religious traditions.
