Air fares to rise again

Get ready for another round of air fare hike this festive season. Jet Airways on Wednesday said it's looking at raising fares by a single digit percentage point in coming days. Other airlines are also likely to follow suit. This year has already witnessed seven fare hikes, thanks to rise in oil prices since April. Jet Airways estimates that Indian aviation industry still has 20% over capacity and that fare need to go up.
