Ajit Singh to AI mgmt: take action against striking pilots

Even as Air India crisis intensifies, with pilot strike entering a second month, Union Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh today asked the carrier management to take action against the striking pilots. Interacting with mediapersons in New Delhi, Singh said that it was up to the airline management to decide whether they were willing to hire pilots or continue with the same. Earlier, Singh had said that the striking pilots had defied the Dharmadhikari Committee report as such 100 new pilots were being trained to fly by August this year.
