All issues 'covered' in RJD-LJP manifesto

Prior to the ensuing polls to the provincial legislature in Bihar, Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad and Lok Jansahakti Party chief Ram Vilas Paswan released their joint election manifesto at Patna on Monday. In the manifesto, they claimed to have covered all the issues concerning both urban and rural voters. Lalu also criticised the NDA government and said it did not keep up its obligations to the people. Meanwhile, Paswan exuded confidence of the alliance forming the government.
