All party delegation arrives

The 18 member all-party delegation headed by Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil arrived in Jammu on Saturday to review the situation following recent violent protests. However, the Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti or SASS refused to hold talks with the team members. On the other hand, Members of the Muslim Conference said that the meeting is a step towards restoring peace in the region and should be given due importance.
