Amit Shah files bail application at CBI court

The former Gujarat's Minister of State for Home Amit Shah, accused in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, moved CBI court for bail on Monday. His bail application would be heard on August 2. Nanavati further said that they have agreed to CBI's application about interrogating Shah only after they receive a copy of the charge sheet filed against Shah. Shah arrested by CBI on July 25, is in judicial custody till August 7.
