Another girl raped in Haryana

Hours after Congress President Sonia Gandhi's Haryana visit, where she met the family of a Dalit teenaged girl, who immolated herself after being allegedly gang-raped, yet another barbaric act of rape took place in Haryana's Kaithal district last night. According to reports, the 19-year-old girl was kidnapped and gang-raped by two men in Kalayat area of Kaithal district. The Haryana police have arrested two accused in the case. The Congress President during her visit to Haryana had said that such heinous crimes not only take place in Haryana but elsewhere too, and the culprits must be severely punished. 14 rape cases have been reported from the Congress-ruled state in the last one month.
