Anthony reviews security situation in Jammu and Kashmir

India's Defence Minister A K Antony on Tuesday expressed satisfaction over reduction in violence in Jammu and Kashmir. Antony, who was on a day's visit to the state, reviewed the security situation in the state particularly in the wake of recent suicide attack in Srinagar and a series of infiltration attempts by the militants on the Line of Control. Antony also addressed a meeting attended by India's Army chief General Deepak Kapoor, state chief Omar Abdullah and representatives of various forces.
