Arun Jaitley compares Congress to the 'Royal Duck'

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, while speaking in Rajya Sabha, said that Congress is nothing but the royal duck or the double duck while pointing at its failure to open accounts in the state assembly elections of Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. He said it is the first time in history that a national party, which has previously ruled these states, has perfomed so miserably and 'scored a double duck'.
