At least 40 feared dead in a boat tragedy in Yamuna

At least 40 people were feared dead as a boat capsized midstream in Yamuna River in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday. Witnesses said some people managed to swim to safety while the others got drowned. More than 60 Hindu pilgrims were on their way back from Jalauni Devi temple in Jalauni district to Bijalpur village in Auriya district when their boat sank in a heavy storm.
