Attackers will be brought to book: PM

After meeting victims in hospitals, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday pledged to punish the culprits of Mumbai serial blasts that rocked crowded districts of the Mumbai during rush hour on Wednesday, which claimed 18 lives and injured 131. Singh offered his condolence to the families of the dead ones and the injured victims, calling for a joint effort to bring the culprits to book. They also received a briefing on the entire incident and ongoing investigations from top police and government officials, along with chief minister Prithviraj Chavan.
