Attacks on Indians in Australia, not be dramatised

India's junior foreign minister Shashi Tharoor on Saturday said elements other than racial ones could be behind the attacks on Indian students in Australia. Tharoor who arrived in his southern constituency after assuming charge told reporters that India was concerned over the attacks, but asked people not to 'dramatise' them.
