Bapi Mahto to be produced before ACJM court on June 23

A court at Saraikela in Jamshedpur granted the Central Bureau of Investigation, a day's transit remand and directed that Bapi Mahto and his cousin Vimal Mahato, accused in Gyaneshwari attack, be produced before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) at Jhargram by June 23. Further he mentioned that the accused were charged under Section 150 (maliciously wrecking or attempting to wreck train) and Section 151 (damage or destruction of certain railway properties) of the Railway Act.
