BCCI selects star players for England tour

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) met in Chennai, on Saturday to pick up the squad for the England tour. Star players like Tendulkar, Gambhir, and Yuvraj Singh made it to the list while others opener Murali Vijay were dropped by the selection committee. As per reports, Sehwag would miss the first test scheduled for July 21 as he would join the team only a fortnight later due to injury. Keeping the pitch of England in mind, selectors have gone with more number of pacers than spinners.
