Bihar train tragedy: MoS railways blames Bihar govt

Even as MoS, Railways Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury blamed the Bihar government for the Rajya Rani Express train disaster at Dhamara Ghat in Khagaria district and said that actually 28 persons died in the accident, instead of 37 put by chief minister Nitish Kumar, the BJP on Wednesday gave a nod to the same.
